Free RAID log template

Build a RAID log covering risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies in your browser, then export it to CSV or copy a summary. Everything stays in the tab and clears on refresh. No account, no upload.

Some organisations use different meanings for the A or the D. This template states its own definitions plainly so you can adapt it.

What the tool does

Add, edit and remove entries under risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, with owners, dates and actions. Two editable sample rows show the level of detail that makes a log useful, and can be cleared in one click.

Risk or issue

A risk might happen and needs a response you choose now. An issue is already happening and needs a decision today. Logging one as the other is the most common reason a RAID log stops being trusted.

Assumptions and dependencies

An assumption without a validation action is a guess with a date on it. A dependency without a named owner and a date is a hope. Both need the same discipline as risks.
