PMP 2026 readiness check
Fifteen original situational items written for the PMP exam as it stands after the 9 July 2026 update: five People, six Process and four Business Environment. Predictive, adaptive and hybrid situations appear throughout, alongside value and outcomes, stakeholders, responsible AI use, sustainability, governance, conflict, risk and change.
Fifteen questions cannot predict a pass result. Use the domain breakdown to decide what to study next, not the headline number.
How the check works
One situation at a time with a progress bar. After you submit, every option is explained: why the strongest response is strongest and why the plausible alternatives fall short. At the end you get a diagnostic band, three domain scores, your strongest and weakest area, three priorities and a seven day plan.
The 2026 exam in brief
The current exam launched on 9 July 2026 with 180 questions in 240 minutes and two ten minute breaks. Domain weightings are People 33 per cent, Process 41 per cent and Business Environment 26 per cent, with roughly 40 per cent predictive and the remaining 60 per cent split between adaptive or agile and hybrid delivery.
